AI interaction data — prompts sent to our AI content generation service (powered by a third-party large language model API) to generate personalised readings and manifestations. These prompts may include your zodiac sign and general context but do not include your name or contact details unless you type them yourself.

Third-Party Services
The Waking Arc integrates with the following third-party services:
Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing — to process subscription payments. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment card details. Their privacy policies apply to payment processing.
AI Content API — we send contextual prompts (zodiac sign, general themes) to a third-party AI service to generate personalised readings. No personally identifiable information is included in these prompts.
All personal content (journal entries, manifestations, settings) is stored locally on your device using your operating system's secure storage (UserDefaults / shared preferences). We do not operate a backend server or database that stores your personal content.
AI prompts transmitted to our content generation API are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not retain these prompts beyond the time required to generate your response.
Subscriptions & Purchases
The Waking Arc offers a monthly subscription with a free trial period, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple or Google through your account settings.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google.
Children's Privacy
The Waking Arc is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
Because all your personal content is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You may delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the application. Depending on your region, you may also have the right to:
